Overview
This Interoperability Standard creates a Defence Geospatial-Information Working Group (DGIWG)
profile based on the OGC GeoPackage based on the OGC GeoPackage Encoding Standard 1.3.1
([4] OGC 12-128r18) in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2.5, Requirements 78-84, and
Annex I, the abstract test suite for registered extensions of that Standard.
